On March 10, the Albi branch of La Chaîne de l'Espoir celebrated its 30th anniversary.
A milestone in three decades of commitment
Partners, elected representatives, volunteers and friends gathered to celebrate this important milestone. An opportunity to look back on three decades of mobilization to save children through sponsorship and school health initiatives.
Un avenir solidaire: The program in Togo
Évelyne Bertier-Delichère, head of the branch, recalled the association’s beginnings: “Initially, we did individual sponsorships, then group sponsorships, before structuring our action around school health programs.”
The event was also an opportunity to present the “Ma santé, mon école, un enjeu collectif au Togo” program. Ma santé, mon école, un enjeu collectif au Togo” (“My health, my school, a collective challenge in Togo”)a new project supported by the branch to improve access to healthcare for children in Togo.
The day took place in a festive and convivial atmosphere, symbolizing the Albi branch’s ongoing commitment to children, both in France and abroad.
