Lynn can finally use her left hand

Lynn, aged 3, suffered from a malformation that prevented her from using her left hand. Operated on and monitored for over a year in Beirut, she can now use it like any other child. A precious step forward, made possible by your generosity!

Lynn, a three-year-old Syrian girl, was born with a severely deformed left hand that prevented her from grasping objects.

Refugees in Lebanon and without resources, his parents were unable to finance the operation needed to save him from a lifelong handicap. They contacted La Chaîne de l’Espoir.

Thanks to this operation, Lynn was able to be cared for at the Hôtel-Dieu de France in Beirut. For over a year, she benefited from a complete medical follow-up: two operations, plaster casts, follow-up consultations and the fitting of braces.

Progress has been spectacular. Her hand mobility has improved dramatically, as has her appearance, helping Lynn to integrate better with the other children. Her mental well-being has also been transformed.

Our daughter is doing so much better. We would never have been able to carry out all these operations and treatments without your help. Thank you so much for your support.
