The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for developing and implementing HR policy at head office and in the field. The HR team handles recruitment, training, labor relations, internal communications and manager support, ensuring an optimal working environment in line with La Chaîne de l'Espoir's values.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is the guarantor of a harmonious and productive work environment. He/she develops and implements HR policies, manages employee relations and ensures employee well-being.

By listening to staff needs and encouraging their professional development, he helps maintain a motivated and committed team.

Recruitment manager

The Recruitment Manager plays a key role in building our team. He or she identifies, selects and recruits the best talent to meet the needs of La Chaîne de l’Espoir.

Working closely with the heads of each department, he ensures that each position is filled by the ideal person, aligned with the values and objectives of our association.

“My mission as Human Resources Manager is to support the development and growth of our association in all HR-related areas, both at head office and in the field. Working closely with other departments, my role is also to ensure that the association’s human resources needs are in line with its strategy. Finally, I provide day-to-day support to all managers in managing their teams.

HR Administrative Manager

The HR Administrative Manager ensures the smooth running of all administrative operations linked to human resources. He/she manages personnel files, employment contracts, payroll and benefits.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all administrative procedures comply with regulations and effectively support the needs of our organization.
