Recruitment manager
The Recruitment Manager plays a key role in building our team. He or she identifies, selects and recruits the best talent to meet the needs of La Chaîne de l’Espoir.
Working closely with the heads of each department, he ensures that each position is filled by the ideal person, aligned with the values and objectives of our association.

HR Administrative Manager
The HR Administrative Manager ensures the smooth running of all administrative operations linked to human resources. He/she manages personnel files, employment contracts, payroll and benefits.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all administrative procedures comply with regulations and effectively support the needs of our organization.

Surgeons, nurses, communication, marketing, human resources and logistics professionals, mission managers, volunteers…: over a hundred professions are represented at La Chaîne de l’Espoir.
