The administrative and financial professions at La Chaîne de l'Espoir are essential to guarantee the control of operations, the transparency of resources and legal compliance. They guarantee transparent and efficient management, enabling our association to successfully pursue its humanitarian mission.

Management Controller

The management controller works in close collaboration with all La Chaîne de l’Espoir departments. He/she monitors and controls budget items, both at head office and in the field. Responsibilities include setting up performance monitoring and control tools, analyzing discrepancies between planned and actual expenditure, helping to draw up budgets and developing monitoring dashboards.

For example, during a hospital construction project, the management controller plays a key role in monitoring expenditure and proposing corrective measures to avoid budget overruns.

Administrative, financial and HR coordinator

The administrative, financial and HR coordinator represents La Chaîne de l’Espoir in the field. He or she guarantees the proper administrative management of operations, ensures rigorous financial management and supervises local human resources, thus contributing to the smooth running and sustainability of our actions.

Accountant

The accountant ensures the reliability of financial operations at head office and in the field, while ensuring compliance with legal obligations. He/she manages bookkeeping, settlements and participates in monthly reporting.
