How can I change my personal details (bank, postal…)?

You can change your personal details (bank and postal) directly in your online donor space.

Once you are logged in :

For postal details

  • Click on the “Modify my personal details” tab
  • Enter the information to be modified
  • Click on the “Validate” button at the bottom of the page

For bank details (RIB)

  • Click on the “Modify my bank details” tab
  • Enter the new IBAN and its BIC
  • Click on the “Validate” button at the bottom of the page
How do I create my Donor Page?

To create your Donor Space, simply go to this page, and fill in the account creation form, indicating your email address.
